- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Started our journey here to find a house to build our family in using micole. Got set up with a nice approval amount. We went house hunting about a month after approval, found a house, offer accepted. We were just about to pay our earnest money and do our due diligence when, we received a message from the broker that the lender refused the loan due to fault by broker from missing crucial documents. Even after we were approved and almost 2 months later. Like how do you miss important documents. They wasted our time as well as the seller. Thank you lighthouse.By Nolan White, March 24, 2017
